I am a mother of three incredible children. Each with incredibly different birth experiences.
My first birth was highly traumatic and had devastating effects on my family while restricting my ability to bond & breastfeed with my daughter.
Because of this, I dedicated myself to understanding the complexities of the motherhood journey. I learned that with the right education and support network, anyone can have a life-transforming and empowering birth.
When it came time to birth to my son, I had the complete opposite experience to my first – I walked away empowered, strong and confident in my ability to be a mother.
My mission is to create this for other women too.
I believe very strongly that all women deserve to be honoured as they bring forth life on to our planet.
